Create Microsoft Access Database

We are interested in setting up a database of college faculty and staff which should have the following fields: Individual name, academic department, academic title, institutional name, institutions country, email address, info source, enrollment size, public/private status, type or Carnegie class. Initially, we will have the information for about 300,000 entries in an Excel format. We will add 800,000 more over the next few months and the database should be able to easily do large bulk imports. The database should be searchable by various keywords and fields. It should export, in CSV Excel format, lists of faculty according to various criteria and search terms. We would like to be able to search some fields by use of keywords – the academic department and academic tile fields, for example. We should also be able to search by multiple criteria, such as, only research universities by type, and then only certain academic fields, and then only certain countries. The database should have an easy to use interface to import new data into the database, and to shape and export lists to a CSV Excel format. It should be easy to update with bulk additions as needed. The project manager chosen will design the database, import the initial excel entries already pre-prepared by us, and also Include 1 hour of training and instruction for us in your bid. The emphasis should be on ease of use, choosing criteria easily, and easily exporting customized lists. Also, it should be easy to update.
