1. Observe and document ideas and suggestions that will save the company time, money and new procedures

2. Train and assist others in the operation of the FreshDesk support system

3. Train and assist others in the operation and best practices of their standard website, membership website, mobile app, mailing system, and DRW.

4. Improve, on a continual basis, the Position Agreement by and between the President and the Director of Implementation.

5. Develop Position Agreements for any future Reporting Positions.

6. Update the Metrics spreadsheet on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and last day of each month, as well as each Monday for weekly meetings.

9. Client Retention ( Gifting, Social Media Shout-outs … etc)

10. Transactions (Help clients through the purchase process – including explaining the implementation process, setting reasonable expectations and explaining contractual obligations)

11. Process payments / past due payments into CRM Software (infusionsoft)

12. Assist customers and potential customers requesting information via telephone, e-mail, in person, or other means.

13. Answer telephones, answer live chat, answer emails & provide information and help so that our clients may focus on their business.
