Since 2007 I have worked with many clients around the globe, and successfully accomplished many projects of different niche. Now I am working with one of the UK based client on his Amazon and eBay business; I help him to handle buyer's cancelation request, USPS tracking code filling and get the claim processed of the undeliverable or lost orders on USPS. I monitor all cancelation emails those come on eDesk, then if required block the outgoing order on linnwork and process refund on Amazon or on eBay. I check whistl dashboard for USPS tracking code and enter the code on eBay or Amazon; if somehow the order get lost in system, then contact the USPS over email for refund of product amount and shipping charge as well.
