AS3 interactive conference break countdown timer

I would like to provide my clients with a personalized, animated count-down timer for meeting/conference breaks. It should have 2 phases: A. a form with the following fields: 1. the current time (pulled from the machine, but editable) 2. the duration of the break 3. the time at which the meeting is to resume these should calculate out the number of minutes to count down when 2 fields are filled in. 4. a start button B. the countdown animation in hh:mm which also displays the current time and the time the meeting is to resume. The Animation will be exported to a swf and imported into Powerpoint 2007 or later I can create the flash file, I need someone to write the ActionScript. It should be AS3 and written and commented very clearly so that I – as a non-programmer – can modify the design and/or swap objects as necessary. This includes naming the movieclips/objects in a logical way. I have already created a "manual" clock, attached, which counts down he numbers, each a MC, at 1fps. I can gladly provide this file, although i am not sure that it will be helpful or if it would be quicker for you to create your own objects afresh. Again: I will design the UI and the clock, i just need someone to program the functionality. I am assuming that a versed AS programmer could put this together in a few hours. There is no deadline for this project.
