Sample Adobe Flex maps application

I'm looking for an experienced Flex developer who can create simple maps application. App should be made with Flash Builder 4.6 (or 4.7) and Flex SDK 4.6.0. Mapping framework is OpenScales (or you can suggest another, but not Google). Application is just a fullscreen map with two layers combined (take a look at the attached sample). Layer 1: MapQuest OpenStreetMap base map layer (tile url: [login to view URL]) Layer 2: Yandex jams overlay (tile url: [login to view URL]), where tm is a timestamp from here [login to view URL] If you can complete this project, I have a lot of projects for you to do.
