We are a swiss company involved in diverse web-related, european-wide projects, mainly in the creation of complex, database-driven websites, online-shops, online-advertizement and Macromedia Flash developments. We are looking for 3 or 4 young and motivated web developers and designers matching the following profile: - Designers should be fully acquainted with either HTML or Macromedia Flash. - Software engeneers: preferably Java developers (if possible acquainted with the JBoss application server). However, ASP.NET or PHP developers may also apply. An excellent knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, ...) / SQL is required. Some knowledge in XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language) would be a plus. We are also according much importance to the following points: - Good team-workers - Able to deliver professional, well finished work - Able to respect deadlines - Able to be confronted with and accept critics - Creativity - Motivation - Hard working - Willing to find solutions to all problems We are looking for full-time partners, so only persons who can dedicate a good part of their time to our projects should apply. We are mainly interested in long-term relationships, and we are especially addressing younger people who would like to build up their future with us. After a certain trial-period (once you proven us your qualities), we would be willing to sign long-term contracts with each person. Our wages start at US$ 150 up to US$ 400 per month, depending on the skill level and the experience of each person. Furthermore, we pay an additional percentage (usually 3%) of the total generated revenue to the development team as a bonus. During the trial-period, each person will have to realize a little project, in his sphere of activity (development, design or re-design of a website, concepts of logos and Flash animations, etc).
