Professional Website Design (Spa & Beauty Industry)

I am looking for experienced and timely web designer to create a high-class, partially Flash website, professionaly looking, with strong use of graphic design, be easy to navigate and be easily changed and updated by myself, (not a web wiz). Website should include: 1 or 2 flash pages, several features like Content Management System, Database, Worldwide Payment system ect. This site is for a fast growing Spa&Beauty company that deals with spa owners from different parts of the world. The Design should correspond with: Style, Beauty, Tranquility, Peace and presents of Multinational Culture.
