Basically what we are looking at is a website professionally designed using Dreamweaver, Flash, etc. The code should be extremely simple as there would only be at most 4 links within the website. But there will be a serious involvement with flash and graphic design. If you cannot create something from scratch as far as graphic design goes please do not apply. A flash movie is also under consideration. (no more than 15-20 seconds long) The look and feel would be based around movie websites (i.e. recent hollywood movies, hence the low amount of links). The project would have custom forums, and a news posting system. The experience we are looking for is roughly 3-4 yrs in both flash and graphic design. Experience in Online Gaming is a very big plus but not needed. We have uploaded a .jpeg of something we came up with. It's not perfect but it might give a better understanding of what we are looking for. Our budget is roughly 1,000 to 2,500 USD depending on possibilites.
