Flash Survey & Flash photo rotation

My budget for both projects is $30-$50. If you think the price range is too low, then make an appropriate bid, but I will first look at bidders within the above price range. Both jobs are fairly simple. FLASH SURVEY I need a likert scale survey that calculates a total for the even numbered rows, and then a total for the odd numbered rows, and then allows the results to be printed. Results are not saved so NO database is needed. The 16 question survey will be for a web page, so if a swf file is not the best option, please recommend. PHOTO ROTATION I have four images that need to be automatically rotated(or switched) between one another. The viewer can switch between images and also click on an image to view the webpage that the image refers to. This is similar to the image rotater on www.usatoday.com. The final output should be a swf file. I already have the images, I just need them scripted to rotate, and link to a specific web page. Two document are attached for clarification.
