Ecwid -- attractive Daily PDF export of Sales by category

Description: My store operates like DoorDash or UberEats. Each restaurant in my store is represented by a different "Category ID" in Ecwid. Every day, I need to send each restaurant a PDF of ALL of the orders they have received. Ideal: Ecwid report page is already parsed and formatted; and gives you the ability to print to PDF. Can you give me a quote to write a script that 1) filters daily sales by parent Category ID, and 2) generates a PDF of all those orders. Since I have eight categories, this would be 8 daily reports. 3) Ideally these 8 reports would be emailed to me daily at 11a (without me logging in to download).
