Design some luxury jewelry

Our company is seeking a designer for an innovative jewelry brand. The design should include a unique patent-able element that could be used in limitless combinations and/or future selections as to build a strong brand recognition. The design target should be in the zone from contemporary to luxury excl. funky and/or sporty. Our jewelry material will include odd metals and materials in addition to 18 karat gold/diamonds i.e stainless steel, semi-precious stones, Leather etc.. We would like to avoid using gold plating; in order to maintain our high-end image and even if gold is used at a minimum it should stay solid. The designer should have a manufacturing experience and understanding of the process; For example combining gold and stainless steel could proof difficult since they do not stick when heated so loops or screws are needed. They should also have knowledge in using 3-D digital software (e.g. auto cad). we are looking for manufacturing price range of under $500 for the item.
