Hi everyone, I'm looking for a person who is able to build a webpage for my new domain [login to view URL] which will be a guide for locals and the tourists that will visit(Republic of Moldova). Generally it will be a company site with suport of 3-5 languages (romanian, russian, english and french) and it must contain module for diferent level of administration site (administrator, manager, news writer, email, guest book, and visits register ) The budget for this project is 50-75$ and will pay both paypall or back transfer, but only after the work is done conditions, design and other moments will discuss with the winner of the auction .
