Simple Magazine Web Design

I am Looking for an easy to navigate, simple, magazine style layout. We have a logo and would want a simple header showing the title to the website with the logo. I prefer a White background with a grey accent. It will need to have a front page where I can have 1 feature story, and under that, 2 columns to showcase additional stories. A third thinner column on the right side would be ideal for advertising opportunities. A footer would be a great location for a calendar with upcoming events, a contact us, and/or advertising inquiry. I need approximately 6 different pages for categories (dining, shopping, etc..) preferably on a navigation bar under our header. People can go specifically to the page of their desire and view posts, or they can navigate through the feature stories on the front page and link them to the specific page for that category. I'm also needing a discussion forum, similar to a classified section for people to post to. I think I covered it all. We would be looking to get this up and running ASAP and have a total of 4 websites that will need this same format within the year and would gladly reuse the same designer for this service.
