Build an elearning web platform

Build an e-learning platform with all the classic elarning web platform features including: - Signup and signin of users - User roles (admin or normal users) - Multiple courses with multiple lessons - Admin area where an admin can manage users, certifications, courses, classes, tests etc. upload, delete etc. COURSES AND LESSONS - every course contains lessons - related links for every course - every lesson is a pdf with a number of pages - chance to set a compulsory time (for example 10 seconds) for every PDF page before an user can move to the next page - chance to choose if it is compulsory to complete a lesson before accessing the next one - chance to have lesson-based tests and final tests - courses may expire in time. if they're expired but a user is associated to them, the user can see them but cannot get any certificate or do any exam. - chance to "save and exit" and then resume the lesson from the same page on the pdf TESTS: - true/false or multiple choices - the admin can choose how many questions to display, then the system display them randomly, getting them by a pool of questions added by admin (the pool can be wider than the displayed number) - questions and answers change order (randomly) for every test repeating - help desk form (to mail) CERTIFICATIONS: - certification at the end of the lesson (and final test) - certification with a custom template that is different for every course - certification archive for every user (where he can download past certifications) LOGS: - log of signups and actions by user and IP - log of tests made by users OTHER: - custom pages like guide, privacy etc - RESPONSIVE design - Italian language or editable language file (please tell me) PLEASE NOTE: you can use an existing open source platform as a base if you want, but you have to specify that (and tell me which one).
