Build a interactive video website - See post

Project: I want to hire someone to create a website that follows the following: 1) Allows users to post reviews on all types of items 2) Has a category list for these items. This site would be like youtube but give the user the ability to search or view the reviews they are looking for in a great category build 3) I’m ok with using an already developed theme form colorlib but it needs to be tailored to the needs of what I’m looking for. 4) Has to have a very good user profile section 5) Site has to be able to allow people to copy and paste their YouTube link to have that as a main video as well as upload their own video. They key to this website will be getting traffic and then once we have enough traffic we would be able to then change the video platform so a user could upload it directly on this site and not just a YouTube link. The idea of this website if for a segment of the online world to post and find reviews that interest them. [login to view URL]
