Business Broker

We require a 1-1 to copy of www.sunbeltnetwork.com. We need the basic functions on the web page and backend integration. All the text,logo must be translatable and customizable. The Database should be customizable such as adding new categories and customizable fields and searchable like the one on the original website. The website should be accessed by multiple broker agents and should be able to be posted. The database should also include invisible fields at the front end, the brokers should be able to access a detailed page different than the one on the searchable front end database. Every database entry should also link to a folder where internal brokers can upload documents and documents received from the clients.
