Design a Flyer

Handout (Flyer) 3.75x8.25. 4/4 Front and Back. It will look like a check on the front and an advertisement on the back, so it will be two sided. Need the job completed by tomorrow. July 25 so if we have edits you can make the unlimited minor changes in time to get to the printer by Monday 7 am. The company name is House Hunters USA. They will be handing these fake checks out in a parade. The front of the item will be a check. See the attached check File. # Logo attached #Check Image attached (Use the Blue) # colors are Red/White/Blue Primarily # File must be 300 DPI for printing I am ordering a handout. I will purchase a 2nd gig for the backside but will provide instructions here. (The front and back must match up) #Final size after printing will be 3.75x8.25. (For a bleed, you would want to build each art file at 3.75x8.25, keeping everything a full 3/8-inch way from the edges, so when they cut them they don't cut into the actual final image). These are the instructions for the BACK The back I want you to use your own creativity to design. I need there to be a huge focus on the fact that House Hunters USA gives a $300 CASH REWARD to the first person providing clues to a home we buy! I have attached a rough draft of the companies business card. I need the back of the flyer/handout I have you designing to contain all of the information that is on this card. Please do not use the same design as this because we want something better. Just take the details from the card. I attached a couple of images you are welcome to use on the back if you think it will look good. Most important thing on the back is the company logo/signature, and offer of $300 Cash Reward to the first person providing clues leading to a house they purchase.
