Edits to an existing .SWF animation before Christmas

Need to make edits to this animation from last year, but we only had the .swf file delivered. 1) We'd like the characters moved a little closer together, zoom out a little too perhaps. 2) Lose the Sign in the snow. 3) We would like the dog from this Flash animation (See old .FLA) to interact with with Darren over on the left, so extra animation needed there for that character (bending down, getting a face lick etc). If dog could also cause trouble with the Christmas decorations, that would be great - we welcome ideas! Time Sensitive as this needs to be emailed out to clients within 10 days...
