The Next Microsoft Paperclip

This project involves designing a cartoon based, possibly animated character user interface agent, similar to those used previously in Microsoft Office. The character will be human, and as mentioned earlier, cartoon based, and possibly animated. The character will essentially teach people about buying a diamond or diamond engagement ring, using pictorial examples, though no programming or textual information is required, as all that information will be filled in by myself. The character itself should represent a typical jewellery store salesperson, probably female, but the gender will be up to you. In addition to the character, there must be a speech bubble, that encloses a html div so I can write text in it. Previous examples of creating cartoons or characters is a must.
