Website - Link search results of another site

I am looking for somebody who can create a website for cars linked to the search results of another website. That means the user types in the mask of my website which car he needs, my website than just captures the data of [login to view URL] and adds some costs, so that the user nows how much the car costs. Simply meant it means just mirroring or rather linking to the other website. Just add to your bid the word car, otherwise your bid will not be considered. PROCEDURE: User chooses on my website which car, kilometers and interior he wants, than my website compares that request to the other website ([login to view URL]) and after the comparison my website adds an additional amount to the search result - comparison from [login to view URL] and shows the user the end price after comparison and adds the additional amount without any picture of the car just the price.
