Works Order Manager

I have read details. I understand that a web application is required which allows management of the work orders. I think that there will be a login for admin who controls everything. There will be a place where orders are logged, and then assigned to the engineers. Engineers will mark these orders from their logins if completed. Once this is done, the status is updated in the user panels. I will be happy if we can discuss this flow a little and finalize the requirements.
