We are seeking experienced and reliable freelance cleaners to join us in preparing new residential homes for our valued clients. The properties range from 140sqm to 160sqm and require thorough cleaning after the completion of construction work by painters, carpenters, and builders. The goal is to ensure that each home is immaculately cleaned and ready for our clients to move in and enjoy their new living spaces. Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and Detailing: Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface sanitization, ensuring every corner of the home is pristine. 2. Removing Construction Residue: Clear away any remaining debris, dust, or materials left behind by the builders, painters, and carpenters. 3. Inspection: Conduct a detailed inspection to identify areas that need extra attention and address any spots that require additional cleaning or touch-ups. 4. Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to meet the deadlines and complete the cleaning process within the specified timeframe. 5. Equipment and Supplies: Bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies to effectively carry out the tasks. Qualifications: 1. Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in cleaning new residential homes after construction is required. Candidates with a proven track record in this specific field will be given preference. 2. Physical Endurance: This job is physically demanding and may involve heavy lifting and extended periods of standing. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of handling strenuous tasks. 3.
