I need an image to be turned into an interactive 3D perspective tutorial of a board game using HTML5. The interaction will consist of the website visitor throwing 2 dice, then drag and drop a playing piece anywhere on the image and one of a few sample playing cards will turn over with text instructions of what to do next. An egg-timer is emptying/filling in the background. This piece of HTML5 animation will then need to be incorporated into an already built WordPress website ([login to view URL]). I need a HTML5 animation developer to do this. In your proposal please let me have some similar reference sites, your proposed delivery timeline (for draft and final) and your cost.
