I have a website that I need to have the responsive nature of fixed. The site used to be able to resize down to a mobile view and work fine. Now when it resizes the some elements don't resize and the content is now all out of order on some pages. I need somebody who is great in Wordpress and also has a very strong knowledge of responsive design. You should be able to go to this link and see the issues for yourself. [login to view URL]

The layout is broken by the logo and the contact us subcontainer that are not responsive, also on the internal pages there is a custom css used that causes a lot of issues.
