Build me a website

We want one of the 3dcart eCommerce store enabled with my SaaS services which are accessible over REST APIs – I will share when time comes. eCommerce / 3dcart based will have following changes: 1) Store owner can select products/ quantity where he wants our services/ button – He would select those products, upload a special deal (lowest price) and product parameters, quantity to my store -- REST API - I can do outside 3dcart too.—Example: I am selling iPad for $1000 on my site but I can give a special price of $750 (lowest) to RoboNegotiator for letting them find me a new customer. 2) Our custom button “Negotiate / Make Offer” kind in their products where they want to add "Negotiate/Counter-offer" option 3) Clicking on that button will pop up a form in 3dcart store/ product page and ask user/ visitor to provide his offer, contact details etc. – 5-6 fields (key=value). 4) On submitting that form, we make REST API call (POST with key=value collected in form) and send to my backend service/ SaaS Example of similar store : We did similar things on Shopify: This is for reference.
