Sitemap Engine Generator

Looking for a simple task making a php file or javascript how ever you want to do it as long as it works its good But what i want made is a Engine with my site that will make a [login to view URL] for me as i update it or so following the links and double checking them for broken links and such and writing them in a folder As well as a Hosting system to let peeps get a sitemap but no limits 100% free, but it crawls there website slowly Along with accounts so they can sign in and post there site as well as get there download of sitemap To make it faster it would require payments If a person or Team or so would make this for me ill rank the income up this low income is to see if your good for the job =) i like to get to know the employee's that im working with before going forward Basicly what im looking at is to make a sitemap hosting service to where people can basicly make a sitemap for there website to where they can just go on my site and make one but yet it may be slow at first on crawling But if they where to pay for it, it would be faster it may also have unlimited sitemaps and links written inside it its like a Crawler like google search or bing but the difference is that it makes sitemaps instead, the other part is that it may need accounts to where they can sign in so if they have a large site it can crawl there site when there gone and when its done it notifies them through email to say its finished but that i will leave optional max pay for fast crawling is 5$ not much because it wont take much here to do such things.
