Hi Potential Employer, I hope that you are keeping well. With years of experience in the publishing industry I am confident to deliver your assignment/work up to your expectations. Please provide some more information of all materials that will be provided for the book cover. Type of document to be supplied, fonts to be used, font size to be used. Would be very helpful to know the weight and type of paper that your printer will use for the printing of your books. This will help in the calculation of the spine width. I also presume that you already know the trim and bleed size. If not please refer to your printer. Sometimes they will require that no such marks to appear on the pdf. I personally think that they ask this in case they cannot trim the book as per requirements to the millimetre. Can provide you with both free of charge. (i.e; with and without crop marks).
