Link Wheel Wanted (linkwheel)

I am looking for someone to create unique spun articles and make a linkwheel for me. The person would build links from web 2.0 properties like Wetpaint, Squidoo Lenses, Hubpages etc, The project includes account and content creation, spinning article to make unique for each hub (at least 30% unique) And then submit links to social bookmarks for each of your web 2.0 sites. Linkwheelers know what I mean...
