Need an expert to assist me in launching a website

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING I am looking for an expert to assist me in launching my website (on a pre-selected tech niche). The main task is to get the website approved by Google News. So you will handle the task of link building and my team will write all the content. I understand the quality guidelines by Google. Website will adhere to GRules - high quality multimedia rich unique content. You must strictly followed Google guidelines while creating backlinks. No spamming or purchased traffic – whitehat techniques only – otherwise the site will not get picked up by Google News. The project also includes integration of a ThemeForest template and adding few enhancements (plugins, etc.) to it as per requirements. Payment will be processed in milestones. Full payment will be released after seeing the results i.e. a green-go by GNews. The project will start after August 15. Freelancer that can do the job in minimum time will be preferred.
