SEO-long term contract

Hello! We are looking for an expert SEO professional to rank a european based website as high as possible in google. As a start we want a person that can work on a monthly basis, improving our ranking. We want a long term deal, with someone that can work with our page for a long time. Payment: The winning bid will be the montly fixed payment. When reaching first page ranking: Bonus of 3 x bid + 2 x bid fixed monthly as long as we stay in first page. When reaching top 3 ranking: Bonus of 5 x bid + 3 x bid fixed monthly as long as we stay in top 3. Please submit your credentials and past SEO achievements in PMB after bidding.
