100 Web Design Themed Links Needed

We need 100 high quality links for a web site based in the "web design" niche. Links must be delivered over a 60 day period (no more than 3 links per day). Rules & Requirements: - 100 links - PR 2+ - Links must be placed on site in some way related to "web design". - Links must be 1-way only - No more than 50 outgoing links on page - No "rel=nofollow" Links accepted or excluded from [login to view URL] file - No more than 3 links per day. - 1 link only per domain. Each link must have unique class-c block IP address. - We will specify the anchor texts to be used - Links must be static and permanent - No blackhat, hidden, link farm, illegal, drug, pornographic links - No blog spamming, forum spamming, classified links accepted We require a report of each link added verifying the date, anchor used and website.
