Multilingual Mailing Campaign for 500,000 Contacts

We are seeking an experienced email marketing professional to assist us in setting up a large-scale mailing campaign targeting 500,000 contacts. We have already obtained consent from these contacts to receive our communications. The campaign will be conducted in four languages: French, Spanish, Italian, and German. Project Details: 1- Languages: The campaign must be executed in four languages: French, Spanish, Italian, and German. Each contact will receive the message in the appropriate language based on their preferences. 2- Email Sequence: The campaign should consist of three follow-up emails after the initial sending. These follow-up emails will be designed to engage and encourage conversion. 3- Send Rate: The send rate must be maintained around 100%, with assurance that no emails will end up in spam filters. 4- Open Rate: We are aiming for an open rate of approximately 90% to maximize the impact of our message. 5- Return Rate: We hope for a return rate of around 80% to ensure that contacts are engaged and responsive. 6- Conversion Rate: Our goal is a conversion rate of approximately 50%, meaning the campaign must be designed to actively encourage recipients to take action, whether it's making a purchase, signing up, or any other relevant action.
