iPhone iPad Database Template

I am looking for an iOS Database Template Similar to an App named Weave [login to view URL] I want similar functionality to Weave - and also want Contacts to be Included These Contacts are separate from the users iPhone/iPad Contacts I am not too concerned with fancy graphics as I will modify the App and add icons and a theme at a later date. To keep the costs low, I am looking for a quick and simple template that I can modify and put the finishing touches on. I just need the basic functions working - I will modify and make it look better afterwards by applying a theme and icons/etc. Also - the features below are Phase 1 - I will ask developer to participate in a 2nd project to add more features once this phase is complete and working properly. App will have the Following: A Loading Screen - Use Any Graphics (iPhone, Retina, iPad) - I will replace with my own later Main Menu Contacts - Same Fields as iPhone Contacts (tap to call, tap to e-mail, tap to go to maps, tap to go to website) Projects - Contact - Project Name - Start Date - Due Date - Description Tasks - Title - Due Date - Notes - Completed Checkbox - Time Spent - Ability to E-Mail Task Notes - Auto Date Entered - Note Details - Photo (take pic or add to library) - Ability to E-Mail Note Income - Title - Associate with Project (if Desired) - Notes - Amount Expenses - Title - Associate with Project (if Desired) Notes - Amount Settings About (textbox) Export Button exports data to CSV and e-mails These will be related, for example you can add a note to a contact or project, associate a project with a contact, associate income and expenses with a project, etc. Data will be stored locally in a SQL Lite database, with an export to csv feature Each Database will have a Searchable Table View - Contacts, Projects, Tasks, Notes, Expenses, Income) and Add/View/Edit/Cancel/Save Buttons Features Contacts - Button on Contact View to Add Contact to iPhone Contacts - When Viewing a Contact - Show Associated Notes - or Add a Note Notes - Ability to Associate a Note to a Contact or Project -Browse for a Photo - or Take a Photo - Ability to E-Mail Note Projects (buttons at bottom to) - Add Task - Add Note - Add Income - Add Expense Date Picker for Dates where Needed All Views Must Scale When Device is Rotated Must be a True Universal App - Not Using 2x Button for iPad Must Work on iPhone 3, and be Retina Friendly on iPhone 4, etc Would Like All Views, Toolbars, Buttons, etc Created Using Interface Builder so I Can Modify Easily Other Must be Entirely xCode Project All Source Code Must be Provided and be Able to be Modified by Me as Desired In Order to Meet and Release Funds for Defined Milestones I Must be Provided with xCode Project in Order to Test in xCode and Run the App iPhone/iPad Simulators
