Attached is the app overview. =The app will upload user selected images to my server and my server will send the Cartoonized images. The app will store the cartoonized images. There is also option to upload complete gallery. The app will upload all photos (No videos/Gifs). The cost will be based on gallery photos size in GB. 0-10 GB = 5.99$ 10-20 GB = 8.99$ 20-40 GB= 12.99$ 40-80 GB = 16.99$ 80-160 GB = 20.99$ 160-250 GB= 25.99$ 250-500 GB =30.99$ Due to the size of the gallery, your app must be able to handle upload and download in the background and be able to continue when disconnected. App must send device ID OR Some local identifier to server. App must avoid duplicated uploads to server. Budget is 300$ Let me know if you wish to discuss some points
