PayPal integration for Android and iPhone app(repost)

I would like to have a Library for both Android and iPhone that could be added to any of my Android and iPhone applications so I can process PayPal payments within the app. The payment process will go from the phone app directly to the PayPal gateway. I have a PayPal Developer Account already. The Library should be able to ; Send a Payment Request a Payment Standard API stuff.... a) Function Send - receive Input from the calling app that includes ; From_PayPal_Account From_PayPal_Password Amount To_PayPal_Account Transaction_Type (Send Funds, Request Funds) Description etc, etc, and sends that to PayPal for processing. b) receive the response from PayPal and make that available to the calling app. This link has some API info.
