Fix Java propgram

I need someone to take the attached program, create a record entry type for interest and make sure it is populating correctly on all reports and totals. It needs to have the current options for record entry (i.e. date selection). This would make 3 total record types. Deposit, Withdraw, and Interest. I do not want an interest rate input. This will be a user input value. Currently the program automatically selects the entry type based on whether the record input is a positive or negative number. I want a check box or something simple added to the create record box the designates the record as interest. Then I want it populated to the database with the description as interest. This should propagate to all reports both in the total amount and any separate "Interest" total fields on reports. I also need the date selection for the create record to be in the format of xx/xx/xxxx instead of the current format. (I.e. 10/01/2012 instead of Oct 01, 2012) The / needs to auto fill so that I only have to type 10012012 to get 10/01/2012.
