Write some Software Submission of information to a form on a webpage

I have a need to post information to 1 of 3 sites. The 3 sites are as follows: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] 3. [login to view URL] Each of these is just a single form that you submit some fields to and an attached image (this is a photo of a train ticket as the idea is that you are submitted a claim for compensation due to being delayed on a journey). I have implemented other forms that I submit to such as 4. [login to view URL] and 5. [login to view URL] These work find but for some reason submitting to the forms links 1. 2. 3. fail for one reason or another, could be that I am not posting some cookie data etc or session information. What I need is for you to create a page / application in your chosen language to host on the AWS amazon cloud in tomcat (i.e. so I can deploy it on my server) which will accept a form post from my server with form fields and a file as part of a multipart form. For you to then send that information on to the relevant page (I will tell you which one of the 3 links it is to go to in the data each time) and then for you to confirm back to me the pages response so I can record outcome back to my DB. The issue with the Thameslink one is the submission of the image. The form fields work find, but the system sends out a confirmation of the content of the form to the email address submitted in the form for your records. If you do it manually through their webpage, the confirmation email contains an attachment of the image, if you do it through a form post to their page the email includes all the fields but NOT the attachment and this is causing claims to be rejected. The other 2, greater anglia and east coast just say "something went wrong" I think so something to do with the form content and headers / cookies being submitted. Let me know if you are up for it and I can send you some examples to use and a sample of the form fields I would be sending to you. Will also spin up a micro server and you can have root access and configure it to your own spec then we can ensure there is no conflict with my stuff or can co host it on my server running CentOS and Tomcat 6.
