One Page - HTML5 CSS3 - Responsive

We need a HTML5 CSS3 to develop our PSD design into one web page. Graphics must be kept to minimum, and CSS buttons, shading, used instead. You must have experience with responsive design because we have found in the past learners take too long and the project is way too late. If this happens your feedback will reflect accordingly. We ALREADY have a responsive HTML / CSS template we want you to work from because it works almost exactly how we want it to, but some pieces must be added to the template. You must transfer the HTML/ CSS elements from the template to the new page. You cannot just modify the template because the single CSS file is 95K for 10 template pages. We only need CSS bandwidth for 1 page, not 10 pages. Page elements include: • Logo + Top Navbar • Drop Down + Image + Email sign up • Table - 3 columns with sub rows of text, and graphics • Text + Right side bar with graphics • Footer When you respond with bid please use the phrase “template to table page” Although the main graphic design elements are almost done, you will need to make further custom modifications to add finishing touch to design. You will also provide a page version with header and footer, and some text in the body.
