Give existing website a new look

I am looking for an expert graphics designer to give our website a fresh new look. Our site needs to be an original concept (no templates) and should embrace Web 2.0 design techniques and W3C technologies. We are looking for a clean site design that reflects what our company manufactures. It is extremely important that you can provide the following: 1. Provide examples of previous work. 2. At the end of the project all rights and ownership to all materials will belong to me and must not be resold or reused for other projects. We expect to receive all files related to the project upon completion to include all PNG, PSD, HTML, and CSS files. 3. We are looking for a 5 page graphic design using CSS (no tables); I would also like to incorporate the new SPRY JavaScript functions as found in the new version of DreamWeaver CS3. You can review working Spry demos here, they are rather interesting [login to view URL] I know how to create web websites I just am not a good designer; if you create a good design and provide me with 5 working pages I can built from that to create additional pages. Here are the five pages to create: 1. Home Page 2. About Us Page 3. Contact Us Page (site written in aspx, the form on the page must work). 4. Products Page (page that list all of the products we manufacturer) 5. Product Page (when a user clicks on a product for the products page he is directed to that specific product). I can create the remaining product pages if one is already done. 4. Provide at least 3 CSS home page and product page design concepts before creating the final 5 page design. 5. I also need a graphic designer to create a new header image or home page image that reflects our business. 6. Web pages should work in all browsers. IE, firefox, Safari, Opera etc. 7. The web pages must load quickly in browsers.
