D3 Canvas HMI Graphics Library

Hi, My name is Jin. I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. I have extensive experience with PHP, Javascript, Ajax, D3.js, & mySql. I am very good at communicating with clients and understanding and solving complex problems. Your requirement is for a SCADA HMI library symbols which can be static or animated, written in D3.js and be data driven. You require a small project to study the feasibility, requirements and scale of the full project. I actually worked on a similar project for a Data Logger company in Melbourne Australia more than 10 years ago. This was written in C++ for the Windows desktop platform. For your budget, I propose that we start with creating 2 simple objects, (liquid tank & Pipe flow) to determine the above. The tank will have a capacity, in & out flow rate and current level vars which can be set and updated via JSON. The tank view will show the level as a animated level going up & down. The pipe object will display flow rate & direction. The animation will reflect the data sent. Over the last 2 years I have almost exclusively develop web apps using D3. I have written an animated SVG whiteboard app using D3 for an Australian company, I have also written real time D3 charts for clients from Singapore, Norway and the USA.
