Dear Sir/Madam, I am a spatial data analysis/GIS expert and would be very interested to work on this project. I am not 100% sure what deliverables you require, but it fits in well with my skillset. I can generate fishnet grids from a range of techniques e.g. Python, Javascript, QGIS, work with spatial databases, and have experience of web mapping, although I prefer Open Layers 3 to Google Maps API. I would like to know more. To give you more details on my background, my academic education was in Ecology and Natural Resources management, up to masters level, during which I gained skills in quantitative data analysis, programming, and GIS. This most use Software is capable of editing modifying attributes, fields. You can get Printable maps in JPG or PDF format. Or if you post data I will create prototype maps. If you want to change something you just need to contact with me. - I will write a script in Javascript to create the the fishnet dynamically. - The fishnet will be stored in a PostgreSQL database and you will be able to access to the data using Geoserver. - If you do not have any IT infrastructure I can store the data in my own Geoserver instance and later you can move everything to other machine. -I can provide you support installing the database and the other software you need in a free hosting service.
