develop login sketch views to web component based pages with polymer2

You'll need to develop 10 screens as part of stage one (see attachments). It will be the login process fro user to login, signup, signout, view profile, edit profile, view home page, etc.. I've included screen shots, so you get the idea. You'll need to develop this with web components in PolymerJS. if you know how to use API's it will be great. If can however, use ReactJS as an alternative if we don't find the right candidate to build it with PolymerJs. Please quote me on how much you will charge on just doing the following: 1) html and css in with web components Polymer 2, connect API (our API's) and user auth. 2) html and css in with web components React.js, connect API (our API's) and user auth. The contract will be conditional and strict on how good your code is. We really look at your code and how organized you are. Some conditions must be met, just the obvious of good work ethics in the code.
