Need some help with Javascript/Apps Script/HTML5 and CSS3

Hi, I need someone experienced with the following: 1. Google Apps Script 2. HTML5 3. CSS3 4. Google Docs/Sheets/Add-ons I trying to write some scripts which have somewhat the same functionality as Irregardless.ly. You can check their add-on here [login to view URL] Here what I need my scripts to do. 1. Inside Google Docs, I should be able to refer a Google Sheet and get its Sheet ID. Inside this Sheet, there's only one Tab - "Sheet1" - which contains three columns. These are, "Text to Highlight", "Comment" and "Replace Text With". I have this already figured out (Image1). 2. The script then needs to highlight the text which exists in the Google Doc, using Data Column A of Sheet1. I have this already figured out (Image2). 3. The script should then display in the Sidebar, all instances of highlighted words, along with the Comment and Replacement text from Sheet1. This is something very similar to what [login to view URL] does (Image3). I've built some of the styling for this (Image4). 4. The functionality after that would again be very similar to [login to view URL] A. Either Dismiss the Card and unhighlight the Word using the cross. B. Have a Button to Replace the Word with and unhighlight the word. I basically need help from Step 3 onwards. Thank you for going over this.
