placing an image on top of tr element persists with page sizing/printing

You will be provided with 4 html pages and a signature image file. The image data was produced using [login to view URL](). Each of the 4 html pages (which are very similar in html structure but contains different data) represents a report which needs to be signed in a predefined location, specifically on the line located to the right of the text "Examiner's signature". The image center must be on the line center. The image needs to remain in the above location regardless of the size of the viewport, scrolling, resizing, so as to be fluid with the page location and size. The code will be tested /used on mobile and desktop browsers. The image must also remain in the above location when printed on paper.
