Ez Realty Mass Property upload via CSV file

I have a copy of Raptor Services Ez Realty Installed on Joomla 1.5 (running legacy mode) I need a php script that will allow me to upload 100+ listings at a time via an excel spreadsheet (attached). This is a multi-tabled database and will require a lot of columns in the master spreadsheet that are NOT in my attached example. If you could reply back to me with a blank spreadsheet with the fields that you will need to complete the project, I will gladly send you an updates spreadsheet to work with. I would also like to have the ability to overwrite existing properties that are already published on the site, via the same CSV file.
