Patent attorney resident in Japan needed to be appointed as an administrator for Japanese patent application

Hello, I am a PCT national phase applicant in Japan residing in India. As I am a foreign applicant, I had appointed a patent administrator for my application in Japan by submitting Power of Attorney. My patent administrator who is my friend and not an Attorney by profession is soon going to be relocated outside Japan, so I have to appoint a new patent administrator. As per Japan Patent Office, the new agent must be a member of JPAA. I have already followed the due process in Japan Patent Office for requesting examination for my application. The subject matter for my application is a business method. I am expecting a rejection of my application, however I still want to complete the follow up of my application with JPO to the point where application gets rejected. I do not intend to argue/amend my application after notification of reason for rejection. I need you to do the following: 1. Please share your name and address in English & Japanese and I will fill up the notification of Power of Attorney forms in both English & Japanese and send these forms enclosed in a pre-addressed envelope at your address. You will have to just take out the pre-addressed envelope, seal it and post it to JPO. 2. You will have to accept the rejection of my application from JPO and post it to me. Note: Since I did only step 1 to appoint my first patent administrator, I assume only that needs to be done again to change my administrator. Being a patent attorney, you would know whether this assumption is correct or whether any extra steps need to be performed to revoke the first Power of Attorney. I shall be thankful if you can inform me of any extra steps needed and I will adjust the price of project in case anything extra needs to be done. Postal charges in step 1 and 2 will be borne by me separately and are not included in the project price.
