build a linux kernel for TS-7500 (ARM) toolchain

Project Description: Hello! I have this project that required running developped app on a TS-7500 target. but i would like to have codesourcery or any other toolchain to install on the target to run the the application developed and cross compiled by eclipse Europa.. I am using the cross this compiler arm-none-linux-gnu-gcc version 4.7.3. by CodeSourcery but open to any other Toolchain with GCC-4.7.2 and above. Basicaly I want you to help me setup the dev environment. hope you can help me eather build a new kernel for the ts-7500 or help me update the target with sourcery toolchain or any compatible toolchain with gcc 4.7.2 and above Thanks Aliou.
