Advanced Conference System for 100,000 concurrent calls in 100 conference rooms. (100 rooms *~100 average members)

Description:
This is a conference project that will be used for a short period to handle huge number of calls and this is very important for us to make sure the system can support this amount of calls.
There is a maximum of 100,000 incoming lines to 100 local DID numbers, Initial estimation is to have maximum of 100 rooms that people joins by calling each number.
Incoming is handled by SIP trunk from Telecom Company.
Each room need only 1 master to speech and other will only listen.
GUI or complicated integration with CRM is NOT required, we can do the setting manually once before start, e.g. having a password for conference master and other people just call and listen immediately, every DID number will be one conference room.
The only important thing with this system is reliability and REAL support of 100,000 call with no quality issue.
Reporting is required, for example tracking events in a database such as MongoDB or Redis, including statistic data about the rooms and number of people joined during the speech.

Qualifications:
1)Enterprise experience with reference
2)Valid certificate either dCAP, CCIE Voice, and similar (tell your cert # in proposal)
3)Available in Middle-East time.
4)Fluent English.
