Convert logo to illustrator format/Update Logo

**Critical: Do not send me a quote w/o including links to your work!** I have attached a JPG copy of my companies logo. I want two versions of this image created in Adobe Illustrator EPS format, completely done as line art. Part 1. I want my companies logo simply created as an EPS file in line art. This should look 100% identical to what it is now. Very simple. Part 2. I would like to have a 'cooler' version created. This will be done with the same 'basic' template as used in step 1, however it should have more of a web2.0 feel to it. I really like the mambo server logo: [login to view URL] (orange) Something that is instantly recognizable as the image from part 1, no major modifications, however make it feel more '3d'.. and less executive/boring. Again, I expect this as an EPS file. Part 1 is the most imporant, and it needs to be as accurate as possible. Part 2 is up to your imagination, and hopefully we can get something cool out of it. I would prefer a very conservative, and perhaps a more liberal interpretation of our image. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
