Hello, I'm working on a project similar to this one. But my project is bigger than yours. My current project is to import new special price , price, tier price for magento products. That means the default magento price will be replaced. The same thing is we get the csv files from another server and read then write the data into database. You will have some configs for FTP of csv file server in magento admin. I will create php cron job then it will auto run with specific time. I can start right now. Let me make a good job for you.
